View Full Version : Short Hold tennancy agreement - serving notice to quit and liabilities?

Can anyone help me on this - if a notice to quit has been issued are the tennants liable for teh whole 6 months if they leave before the end of notice?

If you mean' Assured Shorthold Tenancy', you as L CANNOT serve a Notice To Quit.
You can serve on T a Notice under the Housing Act 1988 (s.8 and/or s.21) in appropriate cases.
Or did you mean that T has served on you (as L) a Notice To Quit?
