Four storeys, four unrelated tenants: HMO?

hi everyone can we all agree this is correct ...if house is 4 storey with 4 people unrelated people sharing not related not family etc,,,,it does not need a licience but it is a hmo, many thanks john

It doesn't need a mandatory licence, although it could be subject to additional or selective licensing if your local authority are running those two additional schemes.
