im a first year student living in dundee looking to rent my first house with 4 of my friends. what sort of price is reasonable for a five bedroom student house near or around the university? and are there any agencies or landlords we should stay away from?

Ask your university accommodation office (or similar name) . Avoid the bent Landlords/agents ...how to spot who's bent? - ah that's harder ...
