This pack was bought a couple of months ago for £595 and I was originally setting up with my boyfriend, however, we have now split up and I no longer need the pack as I have decided not to start up alone. The pack is in as new condition and has only been looked at a couple of times.

Also for sale the Technical Award Open Learning Course folder for the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management which cost £80.00.

Please contact by email with an offer for either of the above.

Thanks

You might be in luck as far as the NAEA TEchncial Award manual is concerned as since 1 September it now costs £120 to non-members of NAEA or £100 for members; you must make sure it's the latest edition which has only been available since July this year.

As far as the Southcourt package is concerned others have tried to sell it on this site but I don't know how successfully. I would think you might have to discount it quite a bit to be successful.

If you have split up with your boyfriend and are still intersted in lettings, you might be able to find a business partner interested in investing in such a business, and of course you don't have to worry quite the same about the emotional side of things!

Don't forget also that part of Southcourt's package is unlimited assistance from their telephone advice line. It would therefore be as well to ensure that Southcourt will agree to transfer this facility to any purchaser of your package.

Hi there,
I'm interested in this pack. Could you please tell me how much you were looking to get for it?
Thanks

Well I left private msg which has had no response as I would sell mine, for less thsn half price. Yes I found it very useful as a starting point, whatever is said about it (the business package) and however many times it is knocked, for a complete beginer it is worth the money. Like all businesses you have to research your subject well and if you think this is all you need to know, it isn't. If you want a slow start or to work from home and build up over a period of time it would be fine. I would say it is great as a start up, with extra training needed and quals to take as you progress. It has all the letters, invoices, tenancy agreements etc that you need, when to serve notice, how to handle tenancy's and how to control problems, the rest is up to you and how good you want to be.
