Hi I;m looking for a specialist company ( in London) to advice me on the best effective way to upgrade my property to HMO standard.

any help will be very apreciate.

David contact your local authorities HMO section and ask them or building control (if required), they are the ones who would have the required standards you need for a HMO and as an added bonus their advice would be free.:cool:

In particular a consultany called HMOServices is run by a qualified Independent Environmental Health Specialist - they can advise on all issues relating to HMOs, upgrading and licensing.

Hi still looking for a hmo services company in london the one in landlord zone is quitefar away (scotland) so I will apreciate if some one know any hmo services in london area.
