Ex local authortity flats

Does anyone know a lender who will give a 85% LTV mortgage on a £35,000 ex local authority property?

Depends on the flat, how many floors, contruction (brick and tile or concrete) quality etc.

I've got mortgages with Mortgage Express and Birmingham Midshires for LA flats but generally they are four floors or less in height, brick and tile construction in good nick and good locations.

If the building is concrete, forget it.
