Abroad and CGT

I have heard there is a European country where you can live for only 1 year, as oppose to the 5 years, normally required to avoid UK CGT liability.

What country is this?

I am no expert in this matter, Tax Accountant is, but methinks it is irrelevant what rules and regulations exist in any foreign land. What you have to contend with is UK rules and regs, which are you have to be away from uk for 5 years to have no CGT liability, period.
