Hi, This is my first post but I have been reading the forum for a while now :D.
I have a 4 bed house which I am planning to convert in to 2 flats (Upstairs 3-bed, downstaors 2-bed). This will be done by proper planning permission. I then wish rent out each flat.
I have a few questions that have been giging me sleepless nights.
Do I need a HMO?
Do I need an Interlinked fire alarm system?
