Holiday home insurance

I have a wooden bungalow with a corrugated iron roof which is left unoccupied at times, as it is used as a second home and is also in an area liable to flooding although it has never been flooded since the 1950's

I need to get some insurance to cover the rebuilding cost in case of fire and also public liability.

Does anyone know of a Company that takes on such risks?
