The company was built up on the back of Landlord Mortgages. We don't have (proportionally) many landlords in Scotland but we are letting property at a flippin high rate!! We charge 3% let only....when intend to move landlord from traditional agent but not to fully manage themselves...next best thing since...............buy to let!!!
