I have received an order of reposession for one of my tenants but he has left the property and seemed to disappear off the face of the earth. I have now been informed that he is on the books of a local recruitment agency. He will have given them details of his new address and contact details. am I able to ask the courts to make them give these details to me and if so how do I go about it? This guy owes me over £2000.00:confused:
