Tax amount for wear and tear

Anyone know the amount a LL is able to keep from earnings from rental property?? The wear and tear allowance. When I was a LL it used to be 10 % is it still the same??

10% of rental only (excluding services, bills etc) in the case of furnished lettings. 0% on unfurnished - same as before.
