Agents fees for commercial space

Has anyone any up to date info on the fees are being charged by commercial agents for marketing and promoting small office units - 3 units at about 500 sq ft each? Flat rate per unit let, or percentage of rent received? Rental level will be around £10-12 per sq ft.

All this is up for negotiation and a lot depends on the amount of effort and expense the agent puts into the marketing, but from past experience around 10% to 15% of the first years rent would seem appropriate.

Thanks for that. It was what I estimated, but not being in private practice I needed some confirmation.
