Hi,

I need to submit my tax return next month. In addition to the property, employed income is PAYE and there are a couple of unit trusts (all nice and neatly accounted for in a nominee account). I am producing the accounts, and would like to engage a accountant/advisor to check the figures over and submit the return for me.

Does anyone have someone that they could recommend? or does anyone here provide such a service.

Regards
Carl

1. Its best way is to look for a local accountant which allows for face to face meeting and any accountant fees can be set against your rental income.

2. The other way is to google seach online for accountancy service. A company trading as "online-accountants" seems to be charging on turnover whilst the other "TWD" offers a fixed fee for landlords based on one or two properties.

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I have used a website choose your accountant which has given me some quotes from local accountants, and now have a couple to chose from.

Thanks
