Income tax on main residence when owning buy to lets?

I have 5 buy to let properties, I have recently rented out my main residence and moved into rental accomodation with my partner, can i now claim my main residence as a buy to let? I would like to claim the rent against the interest payments.

Please repost indicating which property is which, what interest payments, what rent and what "claim" means to you.

I think that OP:
a. has let-out former main residence; and
b. wants to offset mortgage interest paid on it against rent from it.
