anyone bought abroad ? i have a few buy to lets here easy to maintain etc , but want to try abroad anyone bought in eastern europe ie romania, prague, bulgeria etc ? or any where else for that matter ? advise/experiance's would be nice are the yields higher ? capital growth if you have sold etc ?
