Concern at getting no replies

I'm rather worried that 41 people have read my message and nobody has made any comments or suggestions as to how I can remove an antisocial tenant. What is wrong?

Well - you've got a few now! To be fair I thought of answering you this morning when I first read your post, but nobody here likes posting replies that they are not certain about. We have some board experts who do know the answers and sometimes post lively discussions as to which of them is correct which make for interesting and informative reading.

I was going to suggest that if your tenant has breached some of your tenancy conditions as stated in his AST then you may be able to use this to obtain your possession order under other sections of the act. This would be quicker than the section 21 process at the end of the fixed term of the AST however you will need to present evidence at a court hearing. Furthermore the granting of the possession order may not be mandatory so expert legal help is advisable if you want to consider this route.
