Or do you think their a waste of time given the regulation involved.

The tax incentives appeal though..

Yea thanks but I have researched them myself. Google is a wonderful thing,

My company is thinking of converting but we have never considered listing on the london stock exchange before. The potential is obviously huge, but there is a hell a lot of regulation involved.

I have had legal advice but wanted to know if anyone else was converting also?
