Life Insurance? as alandlord?

Do I need a seperate life insurance policy as a landlord? I have one already on my own private home?

Life assurance is useful (to protect one's family) and occasionally necessary (if a mortgagee lends on an endowment mortgage basis).
But what special aspect of being L would necessitate having life assurance?
