Hi everyone, I am new to this site and so far it has been a very enlightening one. I am currenty embarking on a mission to start and run a new lettings agency for student properties, which will go live later this year or from the beginning of 2007.It is going to be based 95% online and I am currently working on the site.
Now my problem is that the webdesigner I am using is based in the US and has asked me to provide him with MLS (Multiple listing Service) Information. This I am not familiar with and even though it sounds like a US thing, I thought I might just ask in here to clarify if any such thing exists. He has explained that is housing information for the area one is looking to let houses from.
Has anyone encountered this and could they please help me out?
