I had a big problem with rats in one of my properties in London - Just want to tell you of a good experience.

Another landlord told me about a pest control service called Greenway Services.
Rang them up came round the same day and emailed me a quote. The job started next day - I found them very efficient and they cleaned up the problem.

Presumably 'local' in the sense of 'localised' as opposed to 'national/regional'.

I run my own pest control business, I believe that service is always better from a smaller business as you are closer to the owner than with a large national or world wide company so closer to their views (not all but most) on providing good customer service, and word of mouth business is very important to us, also the charges should be less than larger companies.
