There seem to be a few companies that are offering a service whereby they charge you a fee for sending you a list of auction properties before you would normally get the details from the relevent auction house, giving you an obvious advantage. Is this true, and if so is it worth doing, and who with?

Hi over the yrs i have bought quite a few properties from auction. However on every occasion always from intially finding the property in the auctioneers catolgue. Not sure wht advantage there is in seeing the listing early. Its very rare they will sell prior to auction and viewings will only be done as per the auction house times and dates. Maybe gives you a little more time to do your homework before the auction, but basically i wouldnt pay for these listings.
