Mortgage early repayment charges

I am due to remortgage one of my btl properties onto another btl mortgage.

I am remortgaging to release equity so I can use the money towards deposits for more btl property.

I know i can claim the new arrangement fee, solicitor fee etc as legitimate expenses but what about the early repayment charge (£1200) on my existing btl mortgage?

Is this regarded as a legitimate expense as it is 'self inflicted'

Any advice would be appreciated.
