Hi All
I rented out my flat for a year and asked the estate agent to manage the property. At the end of the tenancy, they informed me that they forgot to deduct their management fee on a monthly basis. I thought it had been paid up front, so didn't think about it. They now want the money repaid. Do you think I can negotiate out of this, as it was their error, or at least ensure that I pay back at an affordable rate.
