We are just looking at joining one of the associations and are wondering which gives the best service and value for money.

ARLA is the only trade association recognised as having NVQ 3 entrance level examinations and exclusively for letting agents. The RLA and the NLA are mainly for private landlords but both are good. NALS is not a trade association but a regulatory body.

But sadly I'm not a trade association, let alone a Letting alone Agent!
