Just wondering what are the consequences of this. They have not paid water bills, council tax and energy on one property, and have only paid the energy on the other and have done a runner. As I know them I think it is very unlikely they will pay the remaining bills.

What is the consequences for these two properties and for the LL (ie me)?

I have forwarding addresses so I'm thinking of just contacting the various bodies to let them know full details of how to chase them?

Well why wouldn't you??!! I could understand your worry a bit if they'd gone AWOL, but if you have a forwarding address this sounds a bit of a no-brainer to me.

These bills, unless in your own name, are none of your concern, inform the utilities companies and council and move on.
