If I am executing a guarantor agreement as a deed and attaching it to the TA, do I need to have a guarantor clause in the TA? If so what would the wording be?

Any thoughts appreciated.

No. The Letting Agreement (L-T) is a quite separate transaction from the Deed of Guarantee (L-G).
So no extra clause about the Deed of Guarantee is needed in the Letting Agreement.
