A company that I held shares in Advanced Fluid Connections went into liquidation in 2006. I have kept all the documentation. I have not informed the taxman of these losses to date. I hope to claim relIief for the losses against expected gains on a property sale this current tax year. I am given to understand that there is a specific form to fill in to register details of these losses with the taxman, but can,t seem to find reference of it. Could anyone that knows the number of the form please let me know. Any help will be very much appreciated.
