I just wondered, with all of the Capital Gains Tax discussion surrouding whether or not a Landlord is in business and thus liable for CGT, I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on HMOs over renting whole properties?
It just crossed my mind that running an HMO seems to fulfil the busienss criteria quite clearly
