Unable to sell me London flat due to 64 yr lease and fact it has absent freeholder. Am fully resolved to address this but have no idea where to start, and terrified at potential costs involved. My neighbour is happy to join in and share costs. We have made attempts to trace l/lord to no avail. Any advice or guidance greatly appreciated.
