I read a thread about an insurance pollicy landlords can take out on tenants which would be used instead of holding a deposit.
It covers rent guarantee & tenant damage.
Anyone used this insurance? Can you privace message me the insurance compny details, any comments on this method? I read tenants love it as it means simply paying one off policy payment which is much lower than a months rent as deposit.
