There are plans to convert a 4bedroom terraced house into a hostel. Every room will become a bedsit and in some cases the rooms have been split further with the potential to house 24 people. There will be 12 showers and basins etc and a s many radiators. What kind of boiler would be necessary to accomodate this and is it legal?
