Well, it's about two minutes longer than most letting agents take to add details to and print off a standard tenancy agreement, and they charge about the same. Good value, by commparison :D

Always assuming you made it into 'work'* in the first place...so many agents are allergic to it, it appears.

*I use the term in its loosest sense, you understand :rolleyes:

They're probably all stuck in foreign airports, wailing about unavailability of flights home thanks to that there volcano.

funny they decide to broadcast this subject now, when it may all be history soon. what a waste of budget lol!!!
