Completing part 6 of a section 8 notice

Part 6 of the section 8 notice is quite clearly labelled 'Name and address of landlord/licensor'. However there is the option for the agent to sign the notice on the landlord's behalf. If that is the case and the agent wishes to complete and to sign the notice, should they put their name and address in part 6 or the landlord's?

I would *guess* the landlord's, but then guessing isn't good enough!

The LL's.
The contract is between the LL and the tenant and the agent is acting on the LL's behalf
