s21 notice issue form

i put in a claim for possesion via the s21 route

the court have written to me, it was deemed served on the 18th march 2010

it says if a defense is filed, the court will send me a copy

if i dont receive anything from them, should i call the court to check after 14days? then request a possesion order the next day by tearing and returning the bottom page of the notice i have received from them?

1. Yes. Turns out its Friday 2nd (bank holiday), so call on tuesday 6th.
2. Yes. You can fax as well as post.
