Hi again
Just been asked a question by an ex tenant of mine she as been issuedwith a section 21 but under the landlords name and address it has c/o and a solicitors name and address. She has been in touch with the solicitor and they say they have no instruction and they no nothing about this. Her question is does this render the notice void or what ? she has also had a letter from the landlord with just a tel number asking her when she is moving out and did she get the notice.
I have not come accross this before so dont know interested in your views thanks
