Dear Forum, I'm trying to recover some losses by ex tenants, but its proving impossible to trace down their current address. I do have their bank account details and looking at submitting a third party debt order, so that their bank account will be frozen.
The problem I have, is the form ask me to sign that all info is correct, but in relation to their address, I don't believe I can put last known address, as I did for the original small claims form.
Been to my local cab, and their thoughts were that I should submit, as it will force ex tenant to have to give his new address, but feel a little uncomfortable about the whole process.
Any thoughts or knowledge greatly welcome.
