Hello all
I am leaving the TDS scheme as it is too expensive and intend to use the free one, the DPS.
What are an agents and landlord's legal requirements please? For example, do I need tenant's permission before I transfer deposits? Or can I just inform them after it is done and send the new certificate?
Any others?
