Hi I have 3 HMO properties and have had a good quote from Bedford Insurance for Buildngs and contents and landlords insurance.
Has anyone used this company? Any good? or heard anyhing about them - good/bad??
I have a roof which needs rebuilding - it's leaking badly timbers are rotten! Does anyone know if a standard insurance such as the above will cover it?
