Pafilia

Hi, Can anyone tell me if they have invested in a Pafilia property (Pafilia is apparently the leading property developer in southern Cyprus). I'm considering purchasing a 1 bed apartment in Pafos and wish to know of anyone elses experience. If not a pafilia property then just anyone who has purchased in Cyprus... do they feel it's a safe investment or do you have any regrets?
