No, although it was (supposedly) 'The Sun Wot Won It' in 1992*; so perhaps UKIP might usefully emulate that at least.

Plus deliberate mis-spellings are nothing new. See this re Southport's local newspaper, rejoicing in the name "Southport Visiter" [sic]:
