Hello.

I've served a s.8 on grounds 8,10 & 11. T has made it clear he'll be staying.

Could anyone confirm I'm following the correct procedure by filing a PCOL online?

Will claiming outstanding arrears reduce the chance of gaining possession?

Can I file this now, as I'm confident T will remain after notice expires.

What if I can't make it to court due to my work, will this be an issue, is the court date changable?

Can I file this now, as I'm confident T will remain after notice expires. It will be invalid if filed less than 14 days after service.
What if I can't make it to court due to my work, will this be an issue, is the court date changable?I believe you can give dates when you're not available. If T tries to defend the possession, there may be 2 hearings.
