Break clause doesn't exist in my contract.

In my contract I don't have break clause. its a 1 year contract. The type of license my landlord has is HMO, multiple occupation. I want to break my contract as we are now in 4th month, do I have officially right to break it even it doesnt say anything about break clause in the contract?

You have agreed to a 12 month contract, you will unfortunately be liable for the full 12 months.
