Hello everyone - wonder if you can help - would be very grateful! Have done a search but cannot find anything previously discussed.
We have a building let on a licence.
Pretty certain it is OK legally as a licence - we store our own stuff in there as well therefore not exclusive use.
Licence is at an end. Licensee has not paid. We have told him he has to go. If he does not go can we change locks etc? Does anyone know the rules re licences please? Many thanks in advance.
Also can we seize goods for non-payment (as with distress in commercial tenancy). Thanks for any advice.
** sorry for spelling mistake etc - been a long day - have changed title but dont know how to change topic header. Apologies
