A local management (maintenance) company has been instructed to set up a company on behalf of the landlords for a new development of twelve flats which is due to complete this month which I have purchased one of. They are trying to 'recruit' a couple of landlords to become directors of the new company which I am considering myself but I want to understand the advantages and disadvantages before making my decision.
