HMRC and SA for the year 2008/2009

Hello everyone.
I'm back here again with a new short question!
I am about to do my Self Assessment online for the property I'm renting out. I would like to know if HMRC will want to know if the tenants contract lease has been registered and if this could be an issue for tax purpose.
Can anyone help?

'Registered' with whom?
An AST is rarely registrable at HMLR. In any case, failure to register a registrable dealing has no effect on its tax treatment by HMRC.
