Hi everyone,

In the process of setting up a letting agency. At what point should I obtain PII? Any idea how much it will cost? Any recommendations to which insurance company I should use?

I can't tell you how much it will cost but it depends on experience and turnover. Unfortunately there's no such thing as cheap cover unless it has a lot of holes in it! Expect to pay £600 upwards in your first year.
