Letting to a couple

First of all, i'd just like to says there's lots of great info here
for those new (and experiened for that matter !) to the game
like me. So, thanks to all the contributors.

I have agreed my first let to a married couple.
On the AST should I put both their names down
or just the husband with whom I have been dealing ?

Are there any advantages/dis-advantages to either approach ?

You should always have all adult occupants on the tenancy and this goes for new unauthorised occupants during a tenancy. This saves a lot of problems if one leaves or they split.
