I was hoping you could help me with something.
We are producing a Documentary for the Tonight series on ITV focusing on the problems that people have had with buildings and contents insurance.
We are trying to find a landlord who has had problems with an insurance claim because they were unaware of one of their tenants had a criminal conviction. Some insurers view this as "non-disclosure" and policies have been voided as a result.
