Totally useless post, just wanted to tell the world that, much to my suprise, my ill-fated 1st ever tenants actually left at the end of their 6 months tonight instead of making me take them to court!

I'd already filled in the N5B and written the cheque for £150 to get them in the post tommorrow before the post strike!

There'll be a check-out inventory done with them in a few days, which I'm not expecting to be too positive, and the overdue rent is already £400 over the deposit but (tonight) I don't care - the property is mine again!

Have they surrendered the keys?

And do you ave something in writing from them stating that they have vacated the property?

Otherwise be very very careful.....

I thought surrendering keys was enough? Feedback from the legals please???
